For management, we guide larger scale projects as the prime contractor to manage multiple sub-contractors where we commonly aid with in sourcing reliable local or offshore development.
We guarantee delivery on a fixed budget and fixed timeline if the requirements are well defined. If not, we can start by going through the AlphaWise planning process until we can set clear requirements, milestone objectives, deliverables, and timeline. We don't start projects until we have a sense of clarity - for your benefit and ours!
Similar to our product development service, we start by reviewing the requirements so that we can build a clear budget, timeline, and resource plan. If things are not clear, we go through the AlphaWise planning process to ensure requirements, resources, and risk mitigation are clarified.

Our process starts with a review of requirements and building a timeline with delivery milestones. We are diligent about creating an understanding of what things are intended to be firm or flexible. Once we have an agreement then we can plan out delivery by setting dates for milestones where we can report and demonstrate to you.
